Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years of experience in Commercial Lending or closely related role.
• 3 years' experience as a Business/Commercial Banking Officer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business customer relationships for loan, deposit and other business banking services.
• Develops internal and external referral sources through centers of influence and bank events.
• Maintains and enhances relationships with branch managers and staff to facilitate team delivery and cross referrals of products and services.
• Manages customer portfolios to maintain loan documentation and credit quality.
• Negotiates credit terms and advises on financing options.
• Reviews relevant laws/regulations that affect business lending and makes recommendations to management.
• Performs business development activities to identify new prospects and complete new accounts and loan file documents.
