Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial lending, loan administration, loan operations, or commercial banking experience.
• Knowledge of CRE, C&I, consumer, and/or small business lending.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation and underwriting support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan systems.
• Notary certification willingness is a plus.

• Support commercial lenders with customer service requests, account maintenance, loan servicing, and calendar management.
• Maintain loan files, monitor maturities, address past‑due items, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist with preparation and review of underwriting documents, disclosures, title work, appraisals, and due diligence.
• Coordinate loan closings, funding, construction draws, and post‑closing documentation with borrowers and vendors.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and regulatory‑compliant; assist with reporting and admin tasks.
