Job summary

gpac is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Loan Processor to support Commercial Lenders in Oklahoma City. In this role you will help prepare and process commercial loan requests from application through closing and servicing, coordinate appraisals, title work, and closing documents.

You will collect borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and other documentation, ensure accuracy, and maintain loan records in compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking, lending, or loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial lending and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Lenders with preparing and processing commercial loan requests.
• Collect and organize borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and other documentation.
• Prepare loan files, approval packages, and closing documents.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, insurance, UCC filings, and other loan requirements.
• Track loan conditions and outstanding documentation.
• Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, and servicing.
• Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and internal departments to keep transactions moving efficiently.
