Job summary

Centier Bank is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to serve as a subject-matter resource on consumer and commercial lending laws and bank policies. The role supports loan monitoring, documentation, and processing across multiple teams including SBA, Commercial Banking, and Residential Construction lending.

You will monitor loans in process, review exceptions, and manage withdrawn or denied requests while coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years’ experience in banking, operations, or a service-related role.
• 3-5 years of banking experience with commercial lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and relationship management in a hospitality-focused manner.
• Ensure loan files are current and fully documented for renewals, modifications, and inquiries.
• Monitor SBA and commercial loan requests in Abrigo; review documentation for accuracy.
• Support syndicated loans and participation portfolios from approval through funding.
