Job summary

Illinois National Bank seeks a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support commercial lending through accurate loan servicing, processing, and administrative tasks, ensuring portfolio integrity and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with loan officers, customers, attorneys, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate timely closings and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years in loan operations, commercial loan processing, or loan closing environment.
• Previous banking or commercial lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain commercial loan files in an organized, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Process loan advances, paydowns, disbursements, and related servicing transactions.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation for commercial loan closings.
• Order and track required due diligence items including appraisals and environmental reports.
• Maintain tracking reports for flood insurance, property taxes, and loan-related requirements.
• Verify pre‑closing conditions prior to funding authorization.
• Prepare loan funding information per terms and closing documents.
