As a CRE Lender, you will originate and close loans, develop a profitable portfolio, and maintain an active referral network while conducting thorough credit analyses and prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• CRE lending experience with a strong credit background.
• Demonstrated ability to handle $500K–$5MM deal sizes.
• Monthly loan volume around $1MM with an established book and referral network.
• Proven balance of production, structuring, and credit discipline.

• Perform detailed credit analysis with a focus on tax return-based underwriting
• Structure sound credit solutions while maintaining strong risk discipline
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored financing solutions
• Partner with internal credit teams to ensure efficient approvals and closings

Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending experience with a strong credit background
• Demonstrated success handling $500K-$5MM deal sizes
• Deep market presence already established.
• Consistent production history of approximately $1MM in monthly loan volume
• Established book of business and active referral network
• Proven ability to balance production, structuring, and credit discipline
