Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in complex, solution-based sales (Federal, Commercial & Industrial, and/or Water/Wastewater markets preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver turnkey design-build infrastructure solutions across Federal and Commercial & Industrial markets.
• Own customer acquisition strategy, market & account plans, and pipeline management for Complex Projects.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent and guide pursuit strategies across multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market Leaders to shape deal strategy, governance, and pricing posture for profitable growth.
• Mentor and inspire a consultative sales culture focused on growth, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
