Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in complex, solution-based sales and market knowledge in Federal, Commercial & Industrial sectors.
• Leadership experience (3+ years) and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with consultative, relationship-based selling and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team to deliver turnkey design-build infrastructure solutions in Federal and C&I markets.
• Drive new business development, market expansion, and sales performance.
