JPI in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end submittal and material procurement coordination on active projects. You will request submittals, upload in Procore, track revisions, and ensure alignment with project schedules.

You will coordinate with Technical/DFX/Commercial teams, monitor lead times, escalate risks, and support procurement readiness to maintain schedule reliability. A bachelor degree and 3+ years in construction operations preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in construction operations, procurement, or submittal coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Submittal Management: request, log, route, and track submittals per contract documents.
• OPC Schedule Alignment: tracker-based status against schedule milestones.
• Coordination & Communication: align with Technical/DFX/Commercial teams; share submittals with stakeholders.
• Technology proficiency: utilize Procore, Sage, Airtable, and Microsoft Suite.
