Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution is seeking an Installer to manage delivery, installation, start-up, and commissioning of commercial laundry equipment. You will work with the Installation team to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every site.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, connecting electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems, training end users, and completing installation documentation across laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, and HVAC would be helpful.
• Experience in telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, start-up, operate, and perform duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install, configure, and commission commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit facilities.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals for proper installation.
• Connect equipment to electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems per codes and specs.
• Level and anchor equipment to floors and walls; test operation and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with contractors, facility managers, and trades on site logistics.
• Train end users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Complete installation documentation, inspection checklists, and warranty registration.
