Environment Control seeks energetic landscaping personnel to maintain commercial properties in the Phoenix area. You will work with an experienced team, operating typical landscape equipment and performing outdoor maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. Daily outdoor work with potential for advancement within a major Arizona service company.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or related field preferred, work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
• Ability to safely operate basic landscape machinery.
• Own reliable transportation to travel to and from our main office daily.
• Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do (The Role)

Working alongside an experienced team and reporting directly to the Landscape Supervisor, you will keep our commercial properties looking pristine, safe, and clean. Duties include:

Mowing lawns, trimming trees/shrubs, weeding, and planting vibrant outdoor spaces.

Assisting with hardscape installations (like patios and retaining walls).

Safely operating standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).

Loading, unloading, and maintaining your team's tools and materials.

Staying safe by adhering to company guidelines and communicating well with your crew.

Physical Requirements: This is a highly active, outdoor role. You must have the physical stamina to lift 50–75 lbs and perform demanding physical labor throughout the day. Think of it as getting paid to stay in peak shape!

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
