Job summary

Environment Control seeks energetic landscaping personnel to maintain commercial properties in the Phoenix area. You will work with an experienced team, operating typical landscape equipment and performing outdoor maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. Daily outdoor work with potential for advancement within a major Arizona service company.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or related field preferred, work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
• Ability to safely operate basic landscape machinery.
• Own reliable transportation to travel to and from our main office daily.
• Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, trimming trees/shrubs, weeding and planting outdoor spaces.
• Assist with hardscape installations (patios, retaining walls).
• Safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials for the team.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate well with the crew.
