Northwest Landscape Services is seeking a Commercial Landscape - Project Manager to lead client interactions, manage long-term planning, and drive value-added services in Tacoma, WA. This role focuses on client retention, annual increases, and enhancing project penetration.

Require a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture or related field, with 5+ years of experience, strong estimating and design-build knowledge, and proficiency in Salesforce, AutoCAD, and ProLandscape. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field perferred.
• At least 5 years related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues to expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs.
• Act as liaison between operations and client, ensuring clarity in communication and expectations.
• Conduct walkthroughs with client and other company representatives as appropriate.
• Evaluate accounts and develop an effective and on-going landscape asset management plan.
• Build a strong knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
