The Project Manager – Landscape Installation is a key leadership role responsible for managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining high standards in quality, profitability, team performance, and client satisfaction. Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on landscape installation experience
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in landscape construction or related field operations
• Proven ability to manage installation projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, irrigation, hardscape, and job site logistics
• Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and suppliers
• Ability to manage budgets, labor tracking, job costing, and change orders
• Strong computer and CRM proficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both onsite and in-office regularly

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape installation projects from kickoff through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Review project plans, estimates, contracts, schedules, and material requirements prior to project start
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and material procurement
• Conduct onsite client meetings, project walkthroughs, and daily field oversight
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding schedules, progress updates, and project changes
• Track labor, receipts, invoices, job costs, profitability, and project documentation
• Manage and price change orders as needed
• Ensure crews maintain company quality standards, safety expectations, and efficient production
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
• Coordinate final walkthroughs, warranty items, and project completion processes
• Support team accountability, crew development, and overall company culture
