Job summary

Northwest Landscape Services in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Commercial Landscape - Project Manager to oversee Invest and Enhance client programs, manage long-range planning, and ensure client retention. This role requires leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and strong communication with vendors and clients.

The position emphasizes field and office collaboration with a focus on accurate job costing, bidding, and design-build activities. PMP is preferred and a valid driver license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years related work experience.
• Field experience with project estimating or design-build.
• Experience with commercial landscape management and irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues.
• Act as liaison between operations and client.
• Conduct walkthroughs with client and company representatives.
• Prepare monthly labor and materials forecast and accurate job costing.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Manage billing including change orders and lien releases.
