Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-end landscape maintenance sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Self-starter with accountability and professional presence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial owners.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and opportunities.
• Prepare and present landscape maintenance proposals.
• Close annual maintenance contracts aligned with company standards.
• Maintain pipeline activity within Aspire CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations for seamless handoff of new accounts.
• Always represent Paradise Landscaping professionally.
