Job summary

HLS Landscape is seeking an Estimator (Account Manager) to prepare accurate cost estimates and sell landscaping maintenance contracts and extra services. The role requires strong client relationship skills and the ability to balance sales growth with profitability.

You will collaborate with operations and management to deliver proposals that align with company standards. Responsibilities include client development, detailed estimating, and maintaining records in CRM while meeting or exceeding

Qualifications

3+ years in landscaping sales, estimating, or account management (commercial maintenance preferred).
Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, maintenance standards, and extras (irrigation repairs, seasonal color, tree/shrub care).
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue expanded commercial maintenance accounts (HOAs, retail centers, apartments, campuses).
Prepare detailed estimates for maintenance contracts and extras, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Use estimating tools to create take-offs, proposals, and cost analyses.
Present proposals clearly, highlighting value and service quality.
Maintain CRM records and report pipeline and market trends.
