Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping estimating experience, commercial preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and project scopes.
• Proficiency in Excel; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review planting, irrigation, hardscape, and site plans to develop estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, materials, and equipment costs using OST.
• Build competitive estimates aligned with pricing and margins.
• Identify scope gaps and flag for review.
• Prepare and submit proposals and bid packages on time.
• Track bids in CRM and maintain deal records.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to hand off awarded projects.
• Support process improvement and estimating tools development.
