Job summary

Ronning Landscaping is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Estimator in Phoenix to develop precise bids for commercial landscape and installation projects. You will work closely with sales and operations to ensure bids reflect pricing standards and margins.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of estimating experience and is proficient in Excel and CRM tools. This full-time, on-site role offers collaboration with a family-owned firm and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping estimating experience or related field.
• Ability to read site plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates for planting, irrigation, hardscape and site works.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate costs using OST.
• Prepare proposals and bid packages on time with competitive pricing.
• Maintain CRM records and support pipeline forecasting.
• Coordinate with sales and operations for handoffs on awarded projects.
