Job summary

Natural World Cleaning and Services, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Estimator to join our growing construction services division on a part-time basis. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids for commercial landscape projects.

The ideal candidate has estimating experience, knowledge of irrigation, grading, and hardscape, and is proficient with estimating software and Excel.

Qualifications

Previous landscape construction estimating experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Knowledge of commercial landscaping, irrigation, grading, and hardscape.
Experience with estimating software and Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates.
Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals for commercial landscape projects.
Estimate costs for grading, irrigation, sod, planting, hardscaping, and related services.
Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits.
Identify project requirements, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgets.
Track bid submissions, revisions, and project opportunities.
