Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic.
  • Strong experience with diesel equipment and commercial trucks.

  • Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Service diesel construction equipment like skid steers and excavators.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure timely turnaround to minimize downtime.
  • Track and document maintenance history for all equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory as needed.

Job Overview

Emanouil Brothers is hiring an organized, efficient, and experienced Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Equipment & Trucks to help manage and maintain a diverse fleet of trucks and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, punctual, and experienced with light‑duty trucks, dump bodies, tri‑axles, diesel‑powered equipment, and small engines. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles and machines are operating safely and efficiently to support daily operations. You'll work closely with managers to prioritize and complete repairs quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
