You will work closely with Operations to align field teams and ensure high-quality work, while preparing proposals and leading renewals.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate estimates, and problem-solving to enhance client satisfaction and retention, with travel across Chicago as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management or high-touch service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, proposals, priorities, and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the City of Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape clients.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and visits.
• Understand client priorities and communicate with Operations to set expectations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contract documents.
• Lead the annual contract-renewal process for assigned clients.
• Assist Accounts Receivable when client involvement is needed to resolve balances.
