Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Chicagoland area. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, serving as the primary client liaison and driving revenue through upselling and retention.

This role requires strong industry knowledge, exceptional organization, and relationship management skills. You will conduct regular site visits, coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery, and maintain accurate CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration
