Job summary

Lawrence Landscape Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a commercial landscape portfolio. You will own relationships across ~30 properties, conduct regular inspections, and drive enhancements alongside the execution team.

You will ensure timely responses and onboard new clients to deliver on the sales promise. The role emphasizes hands-on client engagement, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with Production Managers to maintain strong accounts.

Qualifications

• Own client relationships across ~30 commercial properties (HOAs, campuses, Class A commercial) on a monthly basis
• Walk properties on a real inspection schedule
• Sell enhancements and coordinate with the enhancement team
• Respond to client issues within 24 hours with a solution
• Onboard new clients for the first 30 days

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships across ~30 commercial properties (HOAs, campuses, Class A commercial) — every client contacted at least monthly, top accounts weekly
• Walk your properties on a real inspection schedule — not when something's on fire
• Sell enhancements: you find the improvement, propose it, and our enhancement team produces it. Your proposals, their execution
• Respond to every client issue within 24 hours with a solution, not an excuse
• Run new-client onboarding so the first 30 days makes the sales promise true
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a Production Manager who owns your properties' crews — you two are a team, and neither throws the other under the bus. Ever.
