Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in commercial account management or related client-facing field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, proposals, or service-based sales.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Visit client properties regularly to monitor service quality and address concerns.
• Anticipate client needs and communicate recommendations.
• Identify landscape improvement opportunities and present them to clients.
• Develop proposals and achieve enhancement sales goals through consultative conversations.
• Negotiate and manage landscape maintenance contracts and projects.
• Facilitate budget-planning conversations for operating expenses and capex.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to support field teams.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and clients on timely payments.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and community functions.
• Travel within territory up to ~30%.
