FOCAL POINTE OF ST LOUIS LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will visit client properties, monitor service quality, and address concerns while identifying value-adding opportunities.

Role involves developing proposals, managing contracts and budgets, and collaborating with Operations to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

3–5 years in commercial account management or related client-facing field.
Proven ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
Experience managing contracts, budgets, proposals, or service-based sales.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Visit client properties regularly to monitor service quality and address concerns.
Anticipate client needs and communicate recommendations.
Identify landscape improvement opportunities and present them to clients.
Develop proposals and achieve enhancement sales goals through consultative conversations.
Negotiate and manage landscape maintenance contracts and projects.
Facilitate budget-planning conversations for operating expenses and capex.
Collaborate with Operations Managers to support field teams.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and clients on timely payments.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and community functions.
Travel within territory up to ~30%.
