Job summary

Smart Care is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to service and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment in the Greater Bay Area. You will build trust with restaurant and hospitality clients by delivering reliable, safety-conscious service and recommending improvements.

You can earn quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals while enjoying sign-on/retention bonuses and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to be on on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel as assigned.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
