Qualifications

• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant managers for service solutions on commercial cooking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment mechanically.
• Produce accurate administrative documents like work orders and time reports.
