Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness and ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be assigned.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Read diagrams and schematics; communicate with manufacturers as needed.
• Install parts ordered for customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain service vehicle and inventory; prepare work orders and time reporting.
