Whaley Foodservice is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc.). The role requires three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license required or driving record aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley standards of safety.
• Meets on-call requirements.
