Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to provide maintenance, service and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers.

The role requires three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. On-call availability and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background check & drug screening.
Valid Driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
Completes service calls accurately and timely.
Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards.
Meets on-call requirements.
