Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related issues.
• Repairing and maintaining commercial cooking equipment.
• Servicing ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance and documenting service calls.
• Communicating with customers regarding problems and repairs.
