Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and other clients.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Service ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document service calls.
