Qualifications

• Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Issue service calls to keep kitchens operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration and plumbing issues.
• Repair ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges and dishwashers.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers.
