Job summary
Goodwin Tucker is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of equipment for restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities and hotels. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration and plumbing issues while delivering dependable service and accurate records.

Qualifications
- Experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; read and follow safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
- Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and other clients.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration and plumbing issues.
- Repair and maintain ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges and related gear.
- Perform preventative maintenance and accurate service records.
- Communicate with customers about problems and recommended repairs.
