pt-holdings is seeking an experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. You'll work directly with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial customers to keep kitchens operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment.
• Work with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial customers to keep kitchens safe and efficient.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Repair and maintain ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document service calls.
