Job summary

pt-holdings is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of equipment for restaurants, schools, hotels, and healthcare facilities. You’ll work directly with clients to keep their kitchens safe and efficient, with opportunities for advancement and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, refrigeration, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing issues.
• Service ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, and more.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document service calls.
• Communicate with customers about repairs and recommended solutions.
• Keep service records and maintain vehicle/tools.
