The Service Technician II role focuses on maintaining, servicing, and repairing grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and related equipment across Southeast locations.

The position emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and strong communication with customers and internal teams, with on-call requirements and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
