Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-in/walk-in coolers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, communicating status updates, completing service calls on time, auditing stock, and ensuring safety with tools and uniforms. On-call work is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are compliant with safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
