Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers.

The role requires three years’ experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. On-call work and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
