Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing, meeting on-call requirements, and coordinating with branch support and customers. Benefits include sign-on bonuses, company vehicle, tools, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
Must be 18 years of age.
Background check and drug screen required.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
Communicate status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customer.
Complete service calls accurately and timely.
Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Ensure service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards; meet on-call requirements.
