Job summary

Mako Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment in Carrollton, TX. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience repairing commercial food-service equipment.
• Experience with ovens, fryers, ranges, and hot-side equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other hot-side cooking equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Maintain a professional appearance at customer locations.
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call service needs.
