Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Hot Side Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and install hot-side cooking equipment across restaurants and institutions. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam systems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes independent work supported by a strong team, with company vehicles and ongoing training to advance your skills in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or strong mechanical/electrical background.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical systems.
• EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment.
• Install new hot-side kitchen equipment for various facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building client relationships.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
