Job summary

TEPCON Construction, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Journeyman Framer/Hanger to perform framing and drywall on active job sites in a fast-paced environment for occupied projects.

You must read blueprints, follow safety rules, and coordinate with facility managers, engineers, inspectors and subcontractors to meet deadlines. Must be physically capable, have your own tools and a truck, and hold OSHA 10 certification with a valid AZ driver's license.

Qualifications

• Framing/Hanging drywall 2+ years
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to carpentry
• Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a safe environment
• Must be able to measure accurately and read blueprints
• Ability to exert heavy physical effort up to 80 pounds

Responsibilities

• Good communication with facility managers/engineers to communicate concisely
• Ability to work flexible hours, including off hours for clients
• Organizational and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment
• Follow through to close-out projects and coordinate with inspectors/subcontractors
