Job summary

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our fast-growing green commercial cleaning program. The role focuses on mentoring, coaching, and executing our service model with a customer-first approach.

You will build relationships with clients and franchisees, resolve issues, and conduct quality audits to ensure high standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and experience in janitorial operations plus sales know-how will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; strong communication with diverse clients.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team growth.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to multitask and resolve customer issues.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and remedy customer complaints.

• Manage startup of service for new customers.
• Handle transfers of service between franchisees.
• Quote and sell one-time services.
• Train new franchisees.

Skills Needed:

• Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly

• Have a history of coaching and growing a strong team
• Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience in janitorial operations strongly

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Build relationships with both Stratus clientele and Stratus franchisees
• Receive and remedy customer complaints
• Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients
• Handle the start-up of service to new customers
• Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another
• Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers
• Train new franchisees
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees

Multi-unit, multi-location, restaurant, service background, or franchising background is a plus. No overnight travel.
