Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Interior Designer for a high-volume Colorado portfolio of tenant improvements and commercial office projects. You will collaborate with development, construction, leasing, and property management to deliver space plans, drawings, and revisions across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial interiors, strong drafting skills, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD. This onsite role is in Broomfield, CO with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial interiors, TI, architecture, or commercial space planning.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience creating construction documents and space plans.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documents for commercial office and TI projects.
• Develop space plans and layouts that meet tenant and project requirements.
• Support multiple active projects while managing shifting priorities.
