Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Designer to join their growing Interior Design team. You will contribute to large-scale commercial projects for a nationally recognized brand, guiding design from concept through construction while aligning with brand standards and prototype design systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Interior Design (CIDA-accredited), 3+ years in commercial interior design, and hands-on experience with Revit,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
• 3+ years of commercial interior design experience.
• Experience with prototype, standardized, or multi-location design programs is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design software.

Responsibilities

• Produce design documentation including plans, elevations, finish selections, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout all phases of design.
• Support projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards while balancing creativity, functionality, and budget.
• Coordinate FF&E selections, finish palettes, and material specifications.
• Prepare presentations and communicate design intent to project teams and leadership.
• Assist in maintaining design standards and continuously improving design processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
