Job summary

Texan Insurance is hiring an in-office Customer Service Representative for West Texas to process policy transactions and provide daily client service. You will handle endorsements, COIs, billing inquiries, and claims intake, supporting licensed Account Managers with non-licensed tasks.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and strong communication, with a focus on accuracy and timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in an insurance office, customer service, or professional administrative setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-office point of contact for routine service inquiries about policy status, billing, COIs, and processes.
• Accurately process client endorsements, applications, and renewals following documented instructions.
• Input and update client and policy data in the agency management system after each contact.
• Support licensed Account Managers by handling non-licensed tasks and coordinating communications.
