Qualifications

2+ years of insurance experience preferred.
Licensing: 440 or 220 preferred (must be obtained within 60 days of employment).
Strong attention to detail for policy review and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support account retention and client satisfaction.
Assist in processing endorsements, cancellations, certificates, and other policy changes.
Review policies, endorsements, quotes, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and compile marketing and underwriting data such as loss runs and MVRs.
