SalesDraft Talent Agency is seeking a Business Insurance Agent to build and manage a growing portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will sell products such as property, liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto, while leveraging our district office and local agents.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in commercial insurance sales.

• Ability to prospect and generate new business.
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required (training available).
• Must be able to obtain or already hold applicable Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial insurance products including property, liability, workers' compensation, and auto.
• Prospect and develop relationships with small to mid-sized business owners.
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of commercial clients with support from district office and referrals from local agents.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities.
• Work with Farmers' brand, underwriting support, and product portfolio.
• Develop long-term client relationships focused on retention and referrals.
