World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to identify, pursue, and win new commercial insurance business. You will build executive relationships, present tailored risk management solutions, and expand client portfolios across property/casualty and employee benefits.

You’ll manage pipelines in HubSpot, collaborate with internal specialists, and grow a substantial book of business within a dynamic national platform that rewards performance and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and insurance agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive risk management solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized solutions.
